I just took these pictures this afternoon after a snowstorm. The skies cleared to the west and the sun came out just as it was about to set! What do you think?
These two grizzlies were hunting for spawning salmon in the river. The little guy got swept downstream towards the bridge I was standing on. I love how even though he kept snorkeling for the fish as he was drifting downstream!
I saw this grizzly sitting on the side of the road on my way back from Laurelyn and Erik’s wedding in Bella Coola this weekend. He just sat there… and dug for ants while I took these great pictures of him. Do you see his claws??? Crazy!!!

Last night I got some great pictures of the fire! I heard the helicopters fly over today, but thankfully I cannot see smoke anymore, so I believe that it is under control. The first one has my mom’s greenhouse in it. I looooove this last one!
