Yesterday, Krista, my mom, and I attended the races at Churchill Downs. It was soooooo much fun and I won more money than I lost, and only wished I had bet more as I picked the winners (based on name) for 6 out of the 8 races we watched! These race pictures turned out super […] Here are a few images from Keeland Racetrack during a morning work. Amy and Dean’s wedding was fantastic!! Watch for images from that tomorrow 😀 Cigar is easily one of the greatest racehorses of all time and I got to meet him today! He raced until he was nine, won sixteen consecutive races, and won $185 shy of $10,000,000!!! He is a very personable horse and loved to pose for the camera! Thursday night I went to watch my little buddy Sydney barrel race on her new mare Taco! Her cousin Josee was there as well, and I took these pictures of her: There were about 60 riders total, which totally makes me want to get back into this! Here is another favourite! Horses are my favourite subject besides brides 🙂 I took this photo of a foal last night that was dozing off in the sunshine. I love his shadow Happy Birthday to my baby Phox! He was born at my place 8 years ago today and now lives in sunny Los Angeles! … a name for my equine art website – an online home for images like the ones below. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. |
