Well, Mel and Wayne actually got married BEFORE we shot their engagement session….. but, we still had lots of fun and I think these images are some of the best I have shot all summer! It’s a nice feeling to like each set of pictures I take more than the last 🙂 🙂 🙂

Lisa and Reg had an absolutely beautiful ceremony on a hill overlooking the little town on Knutsford on his ranch that has been in the family for the last 99 years. Louise and Jeff were married on her mother’s farm in Langley, BC this past weekend and had a very unique ceremony with both a horse and a dog as two of the attendants! They also had a very super cool 1950’s red Chevy to take pictures next to!
I have known Dominique my entire life and when I heard that she and her husband were having their wedding ceremony on horseback, I couldn’t wait to photograph it! It was such a beautiful late summer day and couldn’t have been more perfect! The foal was extra cute!!!
On August 1st, 2010 my life as I knew it changed forever. You can read about that here. One year later, all that grows in the fire are rose bushes, corydalis, hawksbeard, and aspen shrubs. No grass. Not exactly palatable for horses and cows!
